Should you wish to return it for service you will need an RMA (Return
Material Authorization) Number.

PTEK now uses standard repair costs for out of warranty repairs.
Repairs are warranted for 90 days.

When returning a FM500 built before 2003, remove the transformers,
to prevent shipping damage.
Do not return the transformers on older 24" deep 85lbs FM500!
