I have installed and maintained PTEK transmitters and amplifier products for over ten years and they have provided excellent service.

I like the quality materials and standards obviously used in their manufacture. I have learned about several interesting internal design features that demonstrate good forethought during equipment design, which provides better stability and reliability.

Peter, you obviously had the radio engineer in mind for your products since it is so easy to interface PTEK transmitters and amplifiers.  Not all small transmitters provide connections for remote metering and remote on/off control. But for many years even your smallest 30 Watt models have included a full remote-control interface like the really big transmitters. It really is cool that all PTEK transmitters and amplifiers can be connected to latched or momentary on/off control closures that eliminates additional remote-control interface requirements that many other transmitters require. It is also a nice touch having the ability to remotely increase/decrease the output power on all models.

Few people know a transmitter product as well as its manufacturer. It is comforting to know the people at PTEK create their own products instead of simply marketing re-labeled imports. Thanks for a job well done!!!!"
